The BKEC series fully automatic endoscope cleaning and disinfection device is a highly intelligent and practical equipment developed in strict accordance with the WS507-2016 "Technical Specification for Soft Endoscope Cleaning and Disinfection" issued and implemented by the Ministry of Health and the National Health and Family Planning Commission, combined with the actual use of clinical departments. The product shell adopts a one-time molding process of engineering plastic, which is waterproof, moisture-proof and easy to clean. The tempered glass window allows for observation of the machine's operation at any time.
The fully automatic cleaning process includes several steps such as pre washing, cleaning, rinsing, disinfection, final rinsing, and drying. It has multiple built-in cleaning modes and can be customized. It has real-time status visual flow and can continuously observe the endoscope channel and automatic shutdown function to ensure safe cleaning of the endoscope.
The electrical control adopts advanced integrated circuits, microprocessor circuits, protection circuits, and liquid crystal displays currently available internationally. Make the product structure novel, the circuit advanced, low noise, high cleanliness, and good disinfection effect.
Adopting a stable pneumatic pressure detection device imported from Japan, leak detection can be performed before or throughout each cleaning procedure. The function is optional, and when a leak is detected, an audible alarm signal will be issued and a screen prompt message will be displayed.
The combination of a 5-inch color LCD touch screen and touch sensitive shortcut buttons separates the setting query function from the usage function buttons, which is more in line with the requirements of the hospital and the actual operational needs of users.
According to the usage standards of different types of disinfectants, the frequency and duration of disinfectant usage can be set, indicating that the disinfectant has expired and automatically discharging the expired disinfectant.
When users replace different types of disinfectant or when the disinfectant storage tank forms dirt or crystals due to long-term use, clean the liquid pipeline and disinfectant storage tank of the whole machine with hot water at a temperature not lower than 45 ℃.
Minimize residual liquid in the pipeline during each cleaning process, reduce the risk of liquid mixing, and effectively prevent the possibility of cross infection
