The device consists of a tank body, a sealing door, a piping system, and a control system. According to the relevant standards of the disinfection supply center, cleaned medical equipment, medical devices, and medical items should be disinfected, and mechanical thermal disinfection/moist heat disinfection should be selected first. This device achieves disinfection of medical items by heating disinfectant (water), maintaining a constant temperature through the device control system, and then transferring heat from the water to the medical items placed in the boiling tank.

The ultrasonic cleaning machine uses the high-frequency oscillation signal emitted by the ultrasonic generator, which is converted into high-frequency mechanical oscillation by the transducer and transmitted to the ultrasonic medium - cleaning solution. The ultrasonic waves radiate forward in a sparse and dense manner in the solution, causing the liquid to flow and generate tens of thousands of tiny bubbles. These bubbles form and grow in the negative pressure zone formed by the longitudinal propagation of ultrasonic waves, and quickly close in the positive pressure zone. In this process, known as the "cavitation" effect, the closure of bubbles can form an instantaneous high pressure of over 1000 atmospheres, continuously forming high pressure like a series of small "explosions" that constantly impact the surface of the object, causing dirt on the surface and gaps of the object to quickly peel off, thus achieving the goal of surface purification of the object.
