Product Introduction

High washing efficiency

Adopting a dual fan+dual hot air box design and high-pressure hot air drying technology, the drying speed is fast, and the fastest drying time is 10 minutes.

Sealing technology

Adopting double-layer large perspective tempered glass, with a total thickness of up to 22mm and a light transmittance of over 99%, the operation inside the cabin can be observed in real time.

Anti pinch function: When the door encounters an obstacle, it automatically descends and opens, and an alarm prompt is triggered.

Adopting an active sealing design to ensure the water tightness of the cleaning chamber, safe and stable operation, and low failure rate.

The automatic lifting and sealing of the sealed door achieves double door sealing interlock, avoiding air circulation and achieving complete isolation of cleanliness and dirt.

Pipeline system

Optimize the internal pipeline structure, all pipelines are made of 304 sanitary grade stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and pressure resistant, ensuring no water leakage and extending the service life of the equipment.

Cleaning agent residue&inlet water quality

Cleaning agent residue: Built in drainage water quality monitoring, automatic optimization of rinsing times, making the equipment cleaner.

Inlet water quality: Real time monitoring of cleaning water quality and real-time prompts on the interface, making operation more reassuring.

Monitor

Consumables monitoring: equipped with cleaning agents and lubricant storage bottles, if the liquid level is lower than the system default amount, the system will issue a warning reminder.

Water quality monitoring: Conduct conductivity monitoring on cleaning water and final rinse water, in accordance with the requirements of WS310.1. When the water quality does not meet the requirements, the equipment will give an alarm prompt.

Cleaning pressure monitoring: Real time monitoring of cleaning pressure, alarm for pressure below the set pressure to ensure cleaning effectiveness.

Control system
